I. Data Controller and Types of Data

Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, Delta S.r.l., headquartered at Via Dell’Industria, 12, 24010 Sedrina (BG), Bergamo, Italy (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”), informs you that through the contact form, it will collect personal data that you provide directly.

II. Purpose of Use

The personal data you provide are collected and used for purposes connected and instrumental to the activities of the Data Controller, in particular to:

1) Allow processing of contact requests and/or service requests submitted by the interested user through the completion of the form.

2) Enable the fulfillment of contractual obligations, particularly in relation to reporting service disruptions and handling complaints from customers submitted through the form.

For the purposes described in points II.1 and II.2, your consent is not required for data processing.

III. Methods of Use and Storage

The personal data you provide are collected and processed using IT tools and stored on electronic or paper media for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

IV. Scope of Data Circulation

The personal data you provide are processed within the scope attributable to the Data Controller. In particular, the data may be accessed by employees of Delta Minuterie S.r.l. or by external personnel of third-party companies assigned specific roles as data processors and provided with appropriate operational instructions.
Data may be shared within the corporate group for contractual or accounting purposes. Moreover, data may be transferred to other companies within the Group or to third parties to comply with specific legal obligations or for contractual and accounting purposes, including possibly to entities outside the European Union under appropriate contractual clauses, as indicated by the Data Protection Authority.

V. Transfer Abroad and Disclosure

Your personal data will not be disclosed except to comply with specific legal obligations.

VI. Rights

Regarding the processing of your personal data, the Data Controller informs you that the retention period for the aforementioned data will not exceed the time necessary to pursue the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed; this period, however, shall not exceed a maximum duration of two months.

During the processing period, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

1) Obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist and, if so, access their content and origin, verify their accuracy, request correction of inaccurate data, integration of incomplete data, or updating of outdated data, or request restriction of processing under the conditions provided by Article 18 of the GDPR;

2) Request deletion of data processed unlawfully or under other conditions outlined in Article 17, paragraph 1, letters a), b), c), e), and f) of the GDPR;

3) Object at any time, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your data, or object to processing in cases provided by Articles 21(2), 21(3), and 22 of the GDPR;

4) Obtain the portability of your personal data in a commonly used electronic format to allow their transfer to other platforms of your choice, without hindrance to the direct transmission of data to another data controller, where technically feasible [right to data portability].

In case of failure or partial response by the Data Controller to such requests, you have the right to file a complaint or appeal with the Data Protection Authority in accordance with applicable European and national laws.
