To ensure maximum precision and reliability, Delta S.r.l. relies on advanced software for 3D design and CAD CAM machining (Esprit Software) to optimize every production process.

Thanks to our machine park and the expertise of our team, we are able to work with materials such as steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, and special alloys. We also offer the possibility to manage mass production, prototypes, or small batches, always maintaining high-quality standards.
Turning
The turning department of Delta S.r.l. specializes in the production of high-precision turned components with diameters ranging from Ø 2 mm to Ø 52 mm.
We use 15 CNC lathes, including models with sliding heads and fixed heads, to perform complex operations such as micro-drilling, threading, and detailed contouring, ensuring quality in small, medium, and large batches.
Secondary Operations
In the secondary operations department, we handle high-volume machining using 23 robotic transfer machines from Wirth and Gruffat. These automated systems are ideal for finishing turned parts, forged components, or molded pieces, optimizing both precision and production times. Thanks to operational flexibility, we work on both in-house produced parts and customer-supplied components.
Milling
Milling is performed using our BROTHER SPEEDIO S700X2 4-axis machining center, equipped with a high-pressure system and precision probes. We offer operations such as drilling, threading, milling, and broaching on solid or semi-finished components, always ensuring precision and efficiency.
Finishing
The finishing department of Delta S.r.l. employs advanced technologies to optimize every detail of metal components. With treatments such as tumbling, turbo-polishing, and micro-peening, we enhance both the appearance and functional properties of the parts. Thanks to the automatic washing system IFP KM100 HMA, we ensure thorough and customizable cleaning, delivering impeccable and sustainable results.
